Fred Mouawad is a serial and portfolio entrepreneur. He is the founder of Synergia One Group of Companies which operates in 16 countries across a diverse set of industries ranging from IT, publishing to food & beverage. Fred is also the fourth generation co-guardian of the Mouawad Group. The group designs, manufactures and sells jewelry and timepiece collections and holds 4 Guinness World Records.

When he’s not working Fred enjoys reading, brainstorming new business ideas, snow skiing, jet skiing, motorcycling and scuba diving. Fred believes that the essence of value creation is having motivated and talented people working on innovative solutions that make a positive impact on society.

Fahsai Paweensuda Drouin is a Thai-Canadian public figure, DJ, influencer, and beauty pageant titleholder. Her pageantry journey began in 2013 and was known by many as the ‘runner-up girl.’ She worked her way up to be crowned Miss Universe Thailand in 2019, ultimately placing as a top 5 finalist in the Miss Universe 2019 competition.

Fahsai’s fighting spirit has empowered many lives, especially young women, to never give up when pursuing their dreams. Fahsai is passionate not only to help others, especially those who are underprivileged, to have a better quality of life but also to promote inclusivity and equal opportunity among all members of society.

When Fahsai isn’t busy with her charity projects or work schedule, you will find her songwriting, teaching, interpreting, snorkelling, wall climbing, travelling and enjoying rides on a frequent flyer tube.

Adrian has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CI Media Corp since its launch at the beginning of 2021. A Bangkok-based social impact agency, the company focuses on creating cause-related marketing campaigns that connect companies, organizations and influencers and deliver social impact and business growth through purpose. Our services span strategy and planning through to operations and implementation. We build coalitions, and provide the strategic, technical and creative services required to fulfill campaign objectives and goals.

Prior to CI Media Corp, Adrian was Managing Director of ZiZ Asia Co., Ltd in Bangkok which he founded in 2009. ZiZ Asia planned and produced live events, activations and corporate retreats in Southeast and East Asia (Thailand, China, Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines and more) with a client list that included both government agencies and multinational, household name brands.

Adrian moved to Bangkok in 2001 to help with the Ford Models Supermodel of Thailand production. In 2003, he was invited to be part of the APEC CEO Summit event management team in Bangkok. He has been part of several startup teams including an online travel agency (Est. 2004) and a luxury travel planning consultancy (Est. 2007).

Adrian’s career began in London as Sales Executive for Clarion Events (formerly P&O Events) in Earls Court & Olympia Exhibition Centres. He then joined Gift-track as Business Development Manager, a pioneering eCommerce startup initiated by EMAP PLC.
